The 3M 50198XL Disposable Protective Coverall is a high-quality, extra-large protective suit designed for various industrial applications, including paintshops, machine maintenance, spray painting, powder coating, metal polishing, and metal grinding. It offers an excellent barrier against dry particles and certain liquid chemical splashes, being CE Certified Category III to Type 5/6 standards. The coverall features an anti-static coating (EN 1149-5) to reduce static discharge and the risk of sparks, and also provides EN 1073-2 nuclear particulate hold out. Constructed from a super low-linting microporous laminate material on the front and a breathable SMMS triangle back panel, it ensures an optimal balance of protection and comfort. Key features include an elasticated hood, ankles, and waist for comfort and freedom of movement, a robust 2-way zip with a fully resealable storm flap, a 3-panel hood, knitted cuffs, and wide leg openings with adjustable hook and loop straps for easy donning and doffing, even when wearing boots.
