3M - 64861 - Support Disc 125mm Fiber Disc

The 3M 64861 High Performance Ribbed Back Up Pad, made from durable polyamide, is designed for use with 125mm fiber discs, particularly 3M Cubitron II and Cubitron III abrasive discs. Featuring a unique optimized rib pattern, this red backing pad is resistant to temperatures exceeding 100°C (212°F). It is engineered to maximize the lifespan and cut rate of abrasive discs, leading to improved grinding effectiveness, lower costs, and higher throughput in metalworking applications such as deburring, edge smoothing, and weld removal. It has an M14 thread size and a maximum operating speed of 12000 RPM.
