The Actisol TJ430056 Green Nozzle XR is an extended range flat spray tip, commonly associated with TeeJet XR110015-VP nozzles, designed for precise application in agricultural and pest control settings. This green polymer nozzle features a 110-degree flat spray pattern and a .015 orifice, providing excellent distribution across a wide pressure range of 15-60 PSI (1-4 bar). It is ideal for pre-emergence surface-applied herbicides, post-emergence systemic herbicides, post-emergence contact herbicides, and pre-plant incorporated products. The nozzle's design minimizes drift at lower pressures while ensuring good coverage at higher pressures. It is also suitable for use with PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) spray systems and can withstand temperatures up to 125°F (51.67°C). This type of nozzle is often utilized in Actisol Compact Units for deep harborage pest control applications, atomizing insecticides with high volume air streams for effective penetration into cracks, crevices, and voids.
