This heating valve controls the flow of coolant through the cab's heater core, regulating the temperature of the air entering the operator station. It is installed in the coolant line between the engine block and the heater matrix. A valve that fails to open or close fully will result in either insufficient cabin heat or an inability to reduce temperature, which can lead to operator discomfort and reduced focus. As an original AGCO component, the valve body and internal seal geometry match the factory-specified flow rate and shut-off characteristics for the cab's HVAC system.
