This three-point linkage position sensor reports the angular position of the lift arms to the tractor's electronic control unit. It is mounted on the linkage housing and provides a voltage signal that the control unit uses to regulate implement height and draft response. A failing sensor produces erratic lift-arm movement or incorrect depth control, as the control unit receives a false position reading. The sensor is manufactured to the original housing geometry and electrical connector interface, so it installs without adapter brackets or wiring modifications.
