A degraded or hardened O-ring causes external oil seepage and a gradual loss of hydraulic system pressure, which affects clutch and implement response. As an original AGCO component, it is molded to the same cross-section and durometer as the factory seal, so it seats correctly in the groove without requiring additional sealant. Replace the O-ring whenever the pump is removed for service; ensure the groove is clean and dry before installation.
