This solenoid valve controls hydraulic flow to the wet clutch pack and the parking brake assembly. It is an electromechanical component that receives a signal from the transmission control unit to modulate pressure, engaging or disengaging the clutch as commanded. When the valve fails or its internal spool sticks, the clutch may drag, slip, or fail to release, causing harsh engagement or loss of drive. As an original AGCO-manufactured part, the valve body and solenoid coil match the housing bore and electrical connector geometry of the original assembly, so no adapter harness or bracket modification is required. On replacement, ensure the hydraulic circuit is clean and the O-ring seal is replaced to prevent external leakage.
