This bracket mounts the lower-link assembly of the three-point hitch to the tractor chassis. It provides the structural connection between the lift arms and the rear axle housing, transferring lifting forces from the hydraulic cylinders into the frame. A cracked or deformed bracket causes misalignment of the hitch arms, leading to uneven implement lift and accelerated wear on the pivot pins.
