This temperature sensor monitors the refrigerant temperature in the air-conditioning circuit of the host tractor. It is mounted in the evaporator or condenser line and sends a signal to the HVAC control module to regulate compressor engagement and fan speed. A failed sensor can cause the compressor to run continuously or fail to engage, leading to poor cabin cooling or system icing. The sensor is supplied as an original AGCO component, which matches the electrical connector profile and the temperature-resistance curve programmed into the control unit.
