This V-belt transmits drive from the engine to the straw-walker mechanism on a combine harvester. It runs on the pulley set that powers the oscillating walker assembly, which separates grain from the material mat. A worn or stretched belt causes walker speed to drop, reducing separation efficiency and increasing grain loss out the rear of the machine. As an original AGCO component, the belt is molded to the same cross-section profile as the original pulley groove, so it seats at the correct working depth without slipping or requiring a tensioner adjustment beyond the standard range. On installation, verify the belt is not twisted and that the tensioner spring returns to its normal travel arc.
