This V-belt transmits power from the feeder house drive to the internal drive system of the combine. It is a multi-ribbed belt designed to maintain tension and grip under variable load conditions. A slipping or worn belt causes inconsistent feeder-house speed, which can lead to material bunching at the intake. The belt matches the original profile and pitch length so the tensioner operates within its designed range. On installation, verify the belt is fully seated in all pulley grooves and adjust the tensioner to the specified deflection.
