This fuel injection pressure valve regulates the fuel pressure delivered to the injectors on the host tractor. It is located in the high-pressure fuel system, between the injection pump and the injector rail. The valve opens at a calibrated pressure to return excess fuel to the tank, maintaining a stable pressure range for consistent injection timing. A worn or stuck valve causes erratic fuel pressure, leading to rough idling, reduced power, or hard starting. This component is manufactured to the same cracking-pressure specification as the original assembly, so it preserves the injection system's operating parameters without recalibration.
