This PTO seal ring is an original AGCO component that seals the power take-off shaft where it exits the transmission housing. It prevents lubricant leakage from the gearbox and blocks contaminants from entering the PTO bearing cavity. The ring sits in a machined bore at the output flange; its contact lip rides on the rotating shaft surface. A worn seal allows oil seepage that can saturate the clutch pack and reduce engagement grip. As an original part, the seal lip profile matches the shaft surface finish and housing bore tolerance used in the original assembly, so no adapter or shim is needed during installation. On replacement, clean the bore and shaft contact area, and lubricate the seal lip before fitting.
