The AL-KO 1225761 ATC Trailer Control System is an advanced electronic stability system designed to automatically stabilize caravans and trailers in critical driving situations. Similar to an automotive ESP system, the ATC continuously monitors the trailer's driving behavior using a lateral acceleration sensor. Upon detecting the onset of sway, the system gently applies the trailer brakes to restore stability, often imperceptibly to the driver. This 12V system is always active when connected to the towing vehicle, performing a self-test upon connection and indicating operational status via an LED. It is suitable for trailers with AL-KO chassis and a maximum permissible total weight of up to 3500 kg.
