This section filter is installed in the sprayer's liquid supply line between the tank and the pump. It captures particles and debris from the chemical mixture before the fluid enters the pump and downstream components. The filter element uses a 100-mesh screen to trap contaminants while allowing the rated flow to pass. A clogged or damaged filter restricts flow, causing pump cavitation and uneven spray pressure. The 1/2-inch threaded connection allows direct installation into the line. On reinstall, ensure the housing O-ring is seated and the cap is tightened to the specified torque to prevent leaks under operating pressure.
