The Pump Controller Active is an electronic unit that monitors the operating conditions of vacuum and rotary lobe pumps, including oil level, cooling water temperature, operating hours, exhaust gas temperature, pressure, vacuum, tank counter, and hour counter. It provides warnings for temperature, vacuum, overpressure, low oil level, and upcoming maintenance, and allows users to set maximum values for pressure, vacuum, temperature, and operating pressure. The retrofit kit includes a bidirectional electro-valve for pressure and temperature control, which protects the pump by opening fully if measured values are outside set parameters and allows users to maintain desired vacuum or pressure values by opening partially. The device also features automatic cleaning through the injection of flushing liquid and includes GPRS and a modem for connectivity.
