The Berner 240221B Rapid Bond Methacrylate Adhesive is a high-performance, two-component structural adhesive supplied in a 250ml cartridge. Engineered for fast curing and high strength, it provides excellent adhesion to a wide range of materials including various metals, plastics, and composites. This green-colored, thixotropic adhesive offers a working time of approximately 4-6 minutes and achieves fixture strength in 8-12 minutes, with full cure in 24 hours. It is resistant to temperatures from -40°C to +120°C, with short-term resistance up to +180°C, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications.
