The Berner 243191 is a high-strength thread locker designed for permanent fastening of threaded connections that are not intended for disassembly. This red, dimethacrylate-based adhesive provides excellent resistance to vibrations and prevents loosening. It is suitable for thread sizes up to M20, offering a breakaway torque of 20-30 Nm and a prevailing torque of 30-45 Nm. With a temperature resistance from -55 °C to +150 °C, it ensures reliable performance in demanding conditions. Hand strength is achieved in 10-20 minutes, with functional strength in 1-3 hours and final strength in 3-6 hours.
