Berner - 343964

The Berner 343964 is a premium 1-component polyurethane sealant, supplied in a 310 ml cartridge, designed for creating permanently elastic seals in both indoor and outdoor environments. This grey sealant offers excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates including wood, metal, stone, concrete, and various plastics. It is formulated to be solvent-free and silicone-free, ensuring compatibility with many applications. Key features include its paintable, sandable, UV-resistant, weather-resistant, and age-resistant properties, providing long-lasting performance. With a Shore A hardness of approximately 40 and a tensile strength of 1.8 N/mm², it maintains flexibility with an elasticity of about 25%. The sealant has a skin formation time of 40-60 minutes and cures at a rate of approximately 3 mm per 24 hours. It is suitable for use in temperatures ranging from -40 °C to +90 °C, with an optimal processing temperature between +5 °C and +40 °C.
