Product Description

This valve is the pressure-regulating component mounted directly on the pump body of a sprayer. It controls the maximum system pressure by opening to bypass excess flow back to the pump inlet or tank when the set pressure is exceeded. A worn or stuck valve causes pressure instability, leading to uneven nozzle output or pump overload. As an original part, the valve body and seat are machined to the same internal geometry as the pump housing, ensuring the cracking pressure matches the original calibration without shimming or adjustment.
