Case IH 10011 – Front Suspension controller: Front Suspension Rod Pressure transducer range lower error
Issue description
The pressure transducer (sensor) monitoring the rod side of the front suspension cylinder is sending a voltage signal that has fallen below the acceptable minimum range. This typically indicates an open circuit, a short to ground in the sensor's wiring harness, or a completely failed sensor.

Check the cause
Monitor Live Data: Access the 'Trans FSUS' (Front Suspension) menu on the tractor's A-Post or Pro display monitor.
Check Pressure Readings: Observe the rod side pressure. If the sensor reading is stuck at an abnormal value (e.g., constantly reading 60 kPa or 0 mV) while the suspension is moving, or if it fails to read 0 psi when the suspension is fully lowered, the sensor is likely dead.
Inspect Wiring: Check the wiring harness and electrical connector leading to the rod side pressure transducer on the suspension control valve block. Look for damaged wires, open circuits, or shorts to ground.
Relieve Pressure: Turn the manual thumb screws down on the suspension control valve solenoids to lower the suspension completely and relieve all hydraulic pressure. Verify the sensor reading again; it should drop to 0 psi (or ~30 kPa baseline).
Repair steps
Depressurize the System
Park the tractor on level ground. Turn the thumb screws down on the front suspension control valve solenoids to completely lower the suspension and relieve all hydraulic pressure. Warning: Never remove a hydraulic sensor while the system is pressurized.
Locate the Sensor
Identify the rod side pressure transducer on the suspended front axle control valve block.
Disconnect
Unplug the electrical connector from the faulty pressure transducer.
Remove
Unscrew and remove the faulty pressure transducer from the valve block.
Install
Install the new pressure transducer, ensuring that the O-ring/seal is properly seated to prevent leaks.
Reconnect
Plug the electrical connector back into the new sensor.
Restore Valves
Turn the thumb screws back up on the solenoids to their normal operating position.
Calibrate
Start the tractor and initiate the front suspension calibration procedure via the display monitor. Note: For the calibration to pass, both the rod and piston side pressure sensors must read exactly 0 psi right after the suspension is fully lowered at the start of the sequence. If they do not, the calibration will fail and throw a 'cal fail' or code 150/151.
