Case IH 10023 – Front Suspension: 12VF3 voltage supply is low. (possible blown fuse*)

The control module is detecting that the voltage at the specific power input circuit designated as "12VF3" has dropped below the normal operational limit. The system flags this primarily as a blown fuse, but it can also indicate a failed power relay, a drop in main tractor voltage, or a wiring issue.

   Verify that the main battery voltage from the tractor is not dropping below normal operating levels (typically below 9.8V–12V under load)

   Locate the fuse panel or UCM enclosure and inspect the fuse assigned to the 12VF3 circuit

   Check the PWR (Power) control relay located in the UCM enclosure to ensure it operates and passes voltage

   Inspect the wiring harness for poor power supply connections, corrosion at the UCM pins, or a short-to-ground

   Power Down

   Turn off the tractor, remove the key, and engage the parking brake.

   Locate the Fuse

   Access the primary fuse box or the specific UCM/Front Suspension enclosure. Locate the fuse labeled for the "12VF3" circuit (this is typically a 15A mini fuse).

   Inspect and Replace Fuse

   Pull the fuse and check for a broken filament or scorch marks. If blown, replace it with a new fuse of the exact same amperage rating.

   Test the Circuit

   If fuse is intact or blows immediately: Use a multimeter to check for 12V power at the fuse socket with the key ON. Test the power relay in the enclosure to ensure it is clicking over and passing voltage. Check continuity between the fuse box and the 12VF3 input pin on the Front Suspension controller. Repair any chafed wires or loose connector pins.

   Clear Codes

   Once the fuse is replaced or the wiring is repaired, turn the key ON, clear the inactive fault codes from the display, and verify that code 10023 does not return.
