Issue description
The controller has lost the saved configuration or calibration data for the radar (ground speed) sensor due to a memory defect or an interruption in the power/ground supply.

Check the cause
Verify the power supply and ground circuits going to the Instrumentation Controller

Recalibrate the Radar

Clear the Code
