Case IH 10091 – Steering Controller / Transmission Controller / Armrest Controller: Internal hardware failure within a control module

Fault code 10091 indicates an internal hardware failure within a control module—specifically, the internal +5 Volt (or +8 Volt) supply voltage regulator is reading out of range (typically too high or failed). This internal regulator is responsible for stepping down the machine's battery voltage to power the controller's internal circuitry and external 5V reference sensors.

   Check Battery Voltage: Ensure the machine's main battery voltage is within normal operating limits (12V-14V).
