This code indicates an internal failure within the controller. Specifically, the controller's internal +5 V or +8 V voltage regulator is reading out of range low.

   Check battery voltage to ensure the tractor's batteries are fully charged and providing proper base voltage.

   Check alternator output to verify the regulator is functioning correctly and not undercharging the system.

   Inspect wiring harness connections to the Transmission Controller, verifying it is receiving proper external power and ground.

   Connect the electronic service tool, open the MONITOR window, and select 'TRANS BATTERY VOLTAGE' to observe the live voltage reading the controller is receiving.

   Verify External Power

   Perform the diagnostic checks above. If the battery, alternator, and harness power/ground connections are faulty, repair the wiring or charging system first.
