The vehicle's electronic management system detects a mismatch in the software configuration regarding the front axle suspension, or the suspension feature has not been properly activated/calibrated in the tractor's operating system.

   Verify Monitor Settings: Access the AFS Pro monitor or instrument cluster to ensure the front suspension feature is toggled to 'Enabled' in the vehicle configuration menu.

   Check for Cascading Faults: Look for other active transmission (TRANS) or suspension fault codes (e.g., 141, 145, or 150) that will prevent the suspension from calibrating and force the system into a disabled state.

   Visual Inspection: Inspect the front axle suspension position sensor, its linkage rod, and the wiring harness for physical damage, corrosion, or disconnection.

   Access Configuration

   Connect the electronic diagnostic tool (or access the tractor's onboard H-Menu/display) and navigate to the vehicle configuration settings.

   Enable Suspension

   Verify that the front axle suspension option is set to 'Enabled' and that the software configuration matches the physical hardware installed on the tractor.

   Prepare for Calibration

   Park the tractor on level ground, ensure the vehicle is completely stationary, and leave the engine running.

   Run Auto-Calibration

   Initiate the front axle suspension auto-calibration procedure via the monitor. The system will automatically cycle the suspension through its full range of motion (raising to maximum height and lowering to minimum height).

   If the calibration fails, the display will throw specific 'U' codes (e.g., U07 if stationary during raise, U11 for unable to calibrate). If this happens, you will likely need to replace the position sensor or pressure sensors.
