Check the cause
Verify the power and ground circuits to the Cab Suspension Module (CSM) to ensure voltage drops or spikes are not causing temporary memory processing issues.
Check for any available software updates. A memory error can sometimes be resolved by re-flashing the module with the latest software version before condemning the physical hardware.
Repair steps
Connect the electronic service tool (EST) to the tractor's diagnostic port.
Attempt to re-flash or update the Cab Suspension Module (CSM) software.
If the module will not accept the flash or the memory error immediately returns, the internal memory chip is physically damaged.
Replace the Cab Suspension Module (CSM) hardware and program the new module to the tractor.
