This code indicates a plausibility error where the control module has detected that a pneumatic brake or ABS solenoid valve has been activated unexpectedly, or the electrical feedback from the valve does not match the commanded state. This usually points to an electrical short in the wiring harness, a shorted internal valve coil, or a mechanically stuck valve spool that is triggering an implausible state.

   Inspect the wiring harness leading to the ABS modulator valves and the trailer brake control valve for chafed wires that could be shorting to power or ground.

   Verify the supply voltage to the ABS controller and test the resistance of the suspect solenoid valve coil with a multimeter to ensure it is not internally shorted.
