This code indicates a failure in the pneumatic (air) braking system. Specifically, the rear left pneumatic backup valve is receiving an electronic command to exhaust (release) modulated air pressure from its control port, but it is physically or mechanically unable to do so. This means air pressure is trapped in the line, which can cause the rear left brake (or trailer brake) to drag, lock up, or fail to release properly.

   Air Line Inspection: Check the rear left pneumatic delivery port and lines for kinks, blockages, or trapped air. In cold weather, check for ice buildup in the pneumatic lines or the air dryer.

   Exhaust Port Check: Inspect the rear left backup valve itself. Ensure the exhaust port is not clogged with mud, dirt, or debris, which would physically prevent the air from escaping.

   Electrical Harness: Verify the electrical connection to the backup valve solenoid. Look for corrosion, bent pins, or wire harness damage that might be sending a distorted signal to the valve.

   Actuation Test: Use a diagnostic tool to manually actuate the rear left backup valve. Listen for a distinct 'click' and the sound of air exhausting.    Depressurize the System

   Safely park the machine on level ground, chock the wheels, and completely drain the air reservoirs to prevent severe injury from high-pressure air.
