This code indicates a communication mismatch between the physical hardware state of the hydraulic enable switch and the state being broadcast over the Controller Area Network (CAN) bus.    Check all fuses and relays located in the cab fuse boards for blown fuses or bad relays that could disrupt power to the instrument cluster or UCM.
