The system is detecting that the voltage signal from the engine coolant temperature sensor is too low, which points to a short circuit to ground in the sensor itself or its wiring circuit.

   Open the tractor hood and locate the engine coolant temperature sensor.

   Disconnect the wiring harness connector (e.g., connector C215) from the sensor.

   Inspect the connector for damage, dirt, or corrosion, and clean the connection thoroughly.

   Use a multimeter to measure the resistance of the engine coolant temperature sensor.

   If the multimeter resistance test shows that the engine coolant temperature sensor is shorted internally (reading out of specification), remove the old sensor and install a replacement.
