An internal processor or flash memory failure within the cab suspension control system. This typically means the controller's original programmed software does not match the current operating program, or the processor has suffered an internal fault (often related to electromagnetic compatibility issues or a failed flash process).

   Clear the fault code from the CSM memory and operate the tractor to see if the error returns, as it may have been caused by temporary electromagnetic interference.

   Verify the current software version on the CSM to ensure the software versions, settings, and calibrations are compatible with the tractor's current configuration.

   Inspect the sources of energy (fuses, power supply, and ground) to the CSM to ensure voltage drops or spikes are not causing processor faults.

   Re-flash the Module

   Attempt to download and re-flash the CSM with the latest software file using the Case IH Electronic Service Tool (EST). Warning: A failure while flashing the module will render it inoperable, requiring reconfiguration or replacement.

   Replace the Module

   If the flash memory error persists after a software update, or if the module cannot communicate with the Controller Area Network (CAN bus), the Cab Suspension Module (CSM) itself has suffered a hard internal failure and must be physically replaced.
