Case IH 15967 - 02 - CSM – CSM: Cab suspension damping parameter - cab suspension damping parameter memory error.
Issue description
This indicates an internal memory or calibration fault within the module that controls the active/semi-active cab suspension. The module has lost or corrupted the stored parameters required to properly calculate and apply the correct damping force to the cab suspension shocks/actuators.

Check the cause
Check Module Power and Ground: Verify that the wiring harness supplying power and ground to the CSM is secure and free of corrosion. Voltage drops can cause memory retention issues in control modules.
Verify Software Version: Check the current software version of the CSM using the Case IH Electronic Service Tool (EST).
Attempt Recalibration: Attempt to run the cab suspension calibration procedure via the EST or the tractor's AFS Pro display to see if the module will accept and store new damping parameters.
Repair steps
Connect diagnostic tool
Connect the Case IH Electronic Service Tool (EST) to the tractor's diagnostic port.
Navigate to module
Navigate to the Cab Suspension Module (CSM).
Clear and re-flash
Attempt to clear the fault code and re-flash the module with the latest software version.
Calibrate suspension
Perform the cab suspension calibration routine.
Cycle key power
Cycle the key power. If the fault code 15967 - 02 returns immediately upon key-on, the internal memory of the CSM is permanently failed.
Replace and program module
Replace the Cab Suspension Module (CSM) and program the new module using the EST.
