The Cab Suspension Module (CSM) has lost its CAN bus communication link or is failing to exchange data properly with the main vehicle controller.

   Verify the physical connection at the Cab Suspension Module (CSM).

   Check the CAN bus wiring harness between the CSM and the main vehicle controller for continuity, shorts to ground, or shorts to power.

   Verify that the CSM is receiving proper power and ground.

   Repair wiring

   Repair damaged wiring in the CAN network.

   Update software

   Update module software.

   Replace module

   Replace a failed module.
