Case IH 18376: CAN message: rolling counter failure

A receiving module detected a break in the rolling counter sequence (e.g., missing messages or duplicated messages), indicating a communication drop, a corrupted data bus, or a failing module.

   Check for secondary codes: Look for other active codes (e.g., U-codes) that might pinpoint the specific module losing communication.

   Inspect the CAN bus wiring: Check the main CAN backbone for chafed wires, corrosion, or loose pins at the module connectors.

   Verify module power and ground: Ensure the modules communicating on the bus have stable voltage, as voltage drops can cause a module to temporarily drop offline and disrupt the rolling counter.
