Case IH 1931-14 - UCM – UCM: Information from rear pilot head #2 that the spool valve position sensor is not calibrated

The underlying condition is a loss of calibration or an uncalibrated state for the spool valve position sensor on the #2 rear remote/pilot head.

   Verify the calibration status of the rear remote valves via the tractor's display monitor

   Check if the UCM is properly communicating with the rear pilot head #2

   Verify if any other voltage or internal failure codes (such as 1931-09 for low voltage or 1931-13 for internal controller failure) are present alongside it

   Perform calibration

   Navigate to the tractor's hydraulic/remote valve settings in the AFS Connect monitor and perform the spool valve calibration procedure for rear remote #2.

   Inspect hardware

   If the calibration fails to complete, inspect the sensor, the pilot head itself, or the wiring harness connecting it to the UCM for physical faults.
