This code indicates that the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system has detected a failure or interruption in the injection of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF/AdBlue) into the exhaust stream. Because initial warnings were not resolved, the system has escalated to a Level 3 Inducement, forcing the engine into 'creep mode' to prevent the machine from operating while exceeding emissions limits.

   Check DEF tank and venting to ensure it is not empty, fluid is not contaminated, and the vent hose is not clogged.

   Inspect DEF lines from the supply module to the dosing valve for kinks, leaks, or blockages caused by crystallized DEF.

   Remove the DEF dosing valve (injector) from the exhaust pipe and inspect the nozzle for severe crystallization or physical blockage.

   Use the CNH Electronic Service Tool (EST) to check for accompanying codes (e.g., 19541 or 19748) that pinpoint the failure.

   Check DEF heater lines to ensure the tank heater control valve is not stuck open, which can overheat the tank and interrupt dosing.

   Clear Blockages

   If crystallization is found on the dosing valve or in the lines, clean the components using warm water (which dissolves DEF crystals).

   Replace Filters

   Replace the DEF inline filter and screen assembly to ensure unrestricted fluid flow to the supply module.

   Component Replacement

   If the dosing valve is electrically failed or permanently clogged, replace the DEF Doser Injector. If the supply module fails to build pressure or has an internal failure, replace the DEF Supply Module.

   Perform SCR Inducement Reset

   Replacing the failed part will not automatically take the tractor out of creep mode. You must connect the CNH Electronic Service Tool (EST) laptop and perform an SCR Inducement Reset procedure to clear the Level 3 lock and restore full engine power.
