Case IH 19906: Fuel economy XCP bypass, Failure 5

This fault code does not exist in the Case IH diagnostic ecosystem. It is highly likely that an aftermarket or generic scan tool is misinterpreting a proprietary CNH Industrial data string, or the machine is running non-production/development software.

   Disconnect aftermarket tools: Remove any generic OBD-II or J1939 scan tools, performance tuners, or telematics devices from the diagnostic port.

   Use the OEM Tool: Connect the official Case IH Electronic Service Tool (EST) via the proper protocol adapter to pull the true proprietary CNH fault codes.

   Check for Software Updates: If the tractor's ECU is throwing development-level XCP protocol errors, the module may require a factory re-flash by a certified Case IH dealer.

   Clear the software communication error using the Case IH EST software. No mechanical repair procedure exists for this code.
