Case IH 2141 (6156.07) - DEC – DEC: Synchro 5/7 engage error - Mechanical System Not Responding Or Out Of Adjustment

The transmission's synchronizer assembly responsible for engaging gears 5 and 7 is failing to physically move into position, is moving too slowly, or is out of its calibrated mechanical adjustment range.

   Verify transmission fluid levels and hydraulic pressure to the synchronizer shift actuators

   Check the shift solenoids/actuators for gears 5 and 7 for mechanical binding

   Attempt a transmission calibration via the tractor's display to see if the synchronizer can relearn its engagement limits
