Case IH 2567 – UCM (Unit Control Module): Gear pump (hydro filter) - pressure too low.

The system is detecting hydraulic charge pressure at the hydro filter that has dropped below the minimum acceptable operating threshold.

   Verify that the tractor battery power supply has not been connected to an external power supply. If an external power supply is connected, disconnect it and test the system for normal operation.

   Locate and inspect the hydro filter pressure sensor (charge pressure sensor) connector X-523 and the controller connector X-955.

   Ensure the connectors are fully connected, not damaged, the pins are in the correct position, and that the fit is tight.

   Disconnect connector X-523 and check for a +5 Volt reference signal reaching the sensor.

   Resolve Wiring Issues

   If the diagnostic checks reveal damaged connectors, loose pins, or a lack of 5V power, repair or replace the wiring harness/connectors as required.

   Replace the Sensor

   If the wiring, connectors, and voltage are all verified to be in good working order, remove the old hydro filter pressure sensor (charge pressure sensor) and install the replacement.

   Clear the Code

   Once the physical repair is complete, use the diagnostic interface to clear the error code from the UCM.

   System Test

   Run the tractor and test the hydraulic system for normal operation to ensure the code does not return. If the sensor was not at fault, inspect or replace the physical hydro filter or gear pump.
