Case IH 2595 (519168.17) - DEC – Transmission Control Module (TCM) / Transmission Control Unit (TCU): Even Clutch Pressure Sensor Signal Lower Than Expected
Issue description
The Transmission Control Module (TCM/TCU) is receiving a voltage or pressure signal from the Even Clutch Pressure Sensor that falls below the minimum expected threshold.

Check the cause
Use a diagnostic scan tool to view the real-time parameters of the Even Clutch Pressure Sensor and check if the fluid temperature reaches normal operating values
Inspect the transmission wiring harness and the specific connector for the Even Clutch Pressure Sensor for dirty connections, broken wires (open circuit), or wires shorting to ground
Connect a multimeter to the transmission terminal pins corresponding to the Even Clutch Pressure Sensor to verify voltage and check for shorts
Rule out mechanical pressure loss by checking for valve body gasket leaks, which can trigger clutch pressure faults even if the sensor itself is functioning correctly

Safely park the machine, engage the parking brake, and ensure the engine is off and hydraulic pressure is relieved.
