Check the cause
Check if the gear selector is physically stuck in Park or if the park lock fails to release when commanded
Inspect the park lock solenoid (shift interlock solenoid) and its electrical connections for faults, shorts, or a failed actuator
Verify that there are no CAN BUS message faults between the Cab Module / Arm Rest Module and the Transmission Module
Check for hydraulic pressure issues that could cause the park lock to hang, which may indicate clogged transmission filters
