Case IH 3037 (DTC 2E64) - ECU – Engine Electronic Control Unit (ECU A-095): Intake manifold pressure sensor voltage is lower than expected.

The control module has detected that the voltage in the intake manifold pressure sensor (identified as sensor B-013) signal circuit has dropped below the acceptable operating range. This fault triggers an engine inducement (a forced engine power loss or derate) to protect the system.

   Verify that the machine battery has not been connected to an external power supply (like a jump box or external charger). If connected, disconnect it and test for normal operation.

   Check the wiring harness and connectors on the intake manifold pressure sensor (B-013) signal circuit for shorts to ground, open circuits, or damaged pins.

   Check the ECU A-095 to ensure it has the appropriate software version.

   Inspect and Test

   Inspect the wiring harness between the intake manifold pressure sensor (B-013) and the ECU (A-095). Test the signal circuit voltage.

   Replace Sensor

   If the wiring is intact and the voltage remains out of specification due to an internal failure, replace the intake manifold pressure sensor.

   ECU Re-flash

   If the sensor and wiring are resolved but the code persists, re-flash the ECU A-095 with the latest software.

   Unlock Inducement

   Because this fault causes an engine inducement (power derate), you must use the Case IH Electronic Service Tool (EST) to perform the 'Engine Restart Counter Reset / Unlock Inducement' configuration.

   Return to Service

   Once the inducement is unlocked and the code is cleared, return the machine to service and verify normal operation.
