Case IH 3102 (DTC 2525) - ECU – Electronic Control Unit (ECU) A-095: Fuel rail pressure sensor voltage is lower than expected.

This code triggers when the Electronic Control Unit (ECU) monitors the fuel rail pressure sensor signal circuit and determines that the voltage returning from the sensor is below the expected operational range.

   Inspect the relevant harnesses and connectors connecting the fuel rail pressure sensor (B-015) to the ECU (A-095). Look for damage, bent or dislocated pins, corroded terminals, or broken wires.

   Verify that all connectors are fully installed and locked into place.

   Flex the wiring harnesses involved while monitoring the sensor voltage to reveal any intermittent breaks or shorts in the wiring.

   Repair Wiring

   If any damage, corrosion, or loose connections were found during the diagnostic checks, repair or replace the affected wiring/connectors.

   Test the Machine

   Clear the code and test the machine. If the fault is resolved, return the machine to service.

   Software Check

   If the fault is not resolved by wiring repairs, check the ECU A-095 for the appropriate software version. Re-flash the ECU if an update is necessary or if software corruption is suspected.

   Sensor Replacement

   If the wiring is completely intact, the connectors are good, and the ECU software is correct, the fuel rail pressure sensor itself has likely failed internally and must be replaced.
