Case IH 3110 (DTC 1225) - ECU – Engine ECU: Rail pressure sensor value is above maximum offset

The fuel rail pressure sensor is registering a baseline pressure offset that exceeds the maximum allowable limit programmed into the system, meaning the sensor is reading higher than expected or is out of calibration.

   Visually inspect the wiring harnesses and connectors associated with the fuel rail pressure sensor for damage, bent or dislocated pins, corroded terminals, or broken wires.

   Verify that all connectors are fully seated and installed correctly.

   Perform a harness flex test by flexing the wiring harnesses while monitoring the system to check for intermittent shorts or open circuits.

   Check the Engine ECU (ECU A-095) for the appropriate software version.

   Repair or replace harness section
