Case IH 3362 (F-5357-02) - ECU – Engine Control Unit (ECU): ECU internal failure - Fuel calibration

The Electronic Control Unit (ECU) monitors the conversion from fuel quantity to torque for consistency during its initialization process. If a calibration error or implausible value is detected during this test, the system logs this fault.

   Verify the tractor's battery power supply. Check that the machine has not been connected to an external power supply.

   If an external power supply is currently connected to the tractor, disconnect it and test the system again for normal operation.

   Check ECU software

   Check the Engine ECU (A-095) to ensure it has the appropriate software installed.

   Re-flash ECU

   Re-flash the ECU with a proper dataset/calibration, if necessary.

   Cycle power and test

   Cycle the power and test the machine. If the fault has been resolved, return the machine to service.

   Replace ECU

   If the fault code persists after flashing the module correctly, the internal failure is permanent, and you must remove and replace the Engine Control Unit (ECU).
