This code indicates that the Engine Control Unit (ECU) has lost or is missing the specific calibration code (IMA code / Injector Adjustment value) for the fuel injector located on cylinder 4.    Ensure the machine is in the 'Key On, Engine Off' state.

   Locate the fuel injector for cylinder 4 and write down the alphanumeric IMA (Injector Adjustment) code printed directly on the injector body.

   Connect the CNH Electronic Service Tool (EST) loaded with the E.A.S.Y. (Electronic Advanced System) Engine software.

   Access the ECU's injector programming menu and check if the stored code for cylinder 4 matches the physical code you wrote down.

   Reprogram the Injector Code

   Using the CNH EST software, input and write the correct injector code for cylinder 4 into the ECU.

   Cycle Power and Recheck

   Turn the key off, wait for the ECU to power down, then turn the key back on to see if the fault code clears.

   Re-initialize the ECU

   If the ECU rejects the code or the fault remains active, you must re-initialize the ECU and reload the appropriate engine data-set. Note: This step requires contacting CNH TSS (Technical Support) to obtain a one-time authorization code for the ECU initialization download.
