   Check for Derate Conditions: Verify if the machine is experiencing an engine power loss or if the "Stop engine" / "DEF/AdBlue" warning lights are illuminated.

   Check for Associated Codes: Look for other active codes related to fuel pressure, injector circuits, or 5-volt supply voltages (e.g., DTC EBDD 3762).

   Verify Software Version: Connect a diagnostic tool (such as the Case IH Electronic Service Tool or Jaltest) to check the current software version of the Engine ECU and Universal Control Modules (UCM).

   Clear and Retest

   Connect the diagnostic tool, clear the inactive fault codes, and cycle the key to see if DTC E1DD returns as an active fault.
