   Inspect the EDC Power Relay / Main Relay for internal defects (e.g., stuck contacts or early opening behavior)

   Verify the Terminal 30 voltage supply to ensure the Engine Controller is receiving proper and consistent power

   Disconnect battery

   Disconnect the machine's battery power before servicing electrical components.

   Locate relay

   Locate the Engine Controller Main Relay in the machine's main relay panel or fuse box.

   Inspect and repair wiring
