The controller is receiving a valid sensor/circuit reading from the reverse clutch solenoid, but the electrical value (typically voltage or current draw) is exceeding the maximum acceptable operational limit. In Case IH systems, this often points to a solenoid coil that is shorted to power (+12 Volts) or a wiring harness issue where current is sensed while the driver circuit is commanded off.

   Inspect the wiring harness routing from the Transmission Controller (TCU) to the transmission valve block where the reverse clutch solenoid is located
